

CLASS INSTRUCTIONS
The workouts live-stream via the ZOOM App. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD THE ZOOM APP AND HAVE SET UP THE AUDIO AND VIDEO WELL IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CLASS SO THAT YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE SETTINGS. Class participants will receive an email with a private Zoom link and password to join the class after they sign up. Please enter the Zoom meeting with the same name that you used to register for an account.
• Please ensure that your webcam and audio are switched on and working before class. You can choose to keep your video off if you do not wish to be seen.
• If this is you first class, please "arrive" for your class five minutes and stay back after class for a couple of minutes. Use the pre-class time to “meet your neighbor”, set up your space and turn your music up. If you have questions, email us on iworkoutwithsneha@gmail.com
• When the class starts, I will mute all participants, so that we are not interrupted by a mix of noises.
• However, if you need to get my attention during class, you can choose to unmute yourself and talk to me directly.
• After the class has finished, I will unmute everyone so that we can all have a chat and give or get feedback.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
Nothing special is required for class! If you don’t have dumbbells, then water bottles, bag packs with books or cans work great, for sliders you can use paper plates and for resistance mini-bands, even hand towels will do! We have also used household items like pillows, a chair and a couch to keep our workouts interesting. If you would like to up your equipment, these are a few items we recommend – a yoga mat, sliders, dumbbells and resistance minibands.
